We do not collect payment information through this website. All payments are processed securely through Jobber.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to project inquiries, send quotes and estimates, schedule work, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your information to anyone. Ever.

Third Party Services
We use Jobber to manage quotes, invoices, and client communication. Information you submit through our request form is stored within Jobber's platform. You can review Jobber's privacy policy at getjobber.com.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. We do not share, sell, or rent your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Overview
These terms apply to your use of southernstarstudio.com and any services provided by Southern Star Studio, LLC. By using this website or hiring us for work, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes after a quote has been issued. We will always communicate any changes before proceeding.
Payments
Payment terms are outlined in your project agreement and managed through Jobber. Our standard payment schedule is 30% at booking, 30% at material purchase, 30% at project start, and 10% upon completion. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
Scheduling
Project scheduling is subject to availability. We operate by appointment and will confirm your project timeline in writing before work begins.
Our Work
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If there is an issue with work we performed, contact us within 30 days of project completion, and we will make it right.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits may be forfeited if materials have already been purchased or work has begun.
Limitation Of Liability
Southern Star Studio, LLC is not liable for damages beyond the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from client-supplied materials.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
